Mariel founded Beyond Health to practice medicine the way she always believed it should be practiced: with time, attention, and a genuine partnership between provider and patient. Her approach is evidence-based and preventive, blending traditional primary care with modern wellness medicine.

In-person in Middlebury, or telehealth from home
Many visits — follow-ups, medication management, weight-loss check-ins, hormone reviews, and select acute concerns — can be handled securely by video anywhere in Connecticut. Labs, physicals, and exams happen in our Middlebury office.
