Your first visit is longer than a typical office appointment because it is meant to be a conversation, not a checklist. We review your health history, current medications, prior labs, and — just as importantly — what you actually want to feel better doing.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and supplements, and any recent laboratory or imaging results. If you are joining by telehealth, have that same information nearby.
You will leave with a written plan: what we are evaluating, what testing is recommended, and when we will follow up. If a referral or coordination with another specialist is needed, our office initiates that for you.
This article is general health education and does not replace an individualized medical evaluation. Speak with a licensed provider about your specific situation.
